At Foreva Lifestyle, we want you to shop with confidence. If there's an issue with your order, we're here to help. We offer a 14-day return period for eligible items, meaning you have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or refund for faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns in the following circumstances:

The item received is different from the product ordered or significantly differs from its description.

The incorrect size or variant was supplied (where applicable).
For hygiene, health, and quality assurance reasons, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind or for products that have been opened, used, worn, or are not returned in their original condition.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Include all original tags, labels, accessories, and protective packaging.

Be accompanied by proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt.
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. Items returned without prior approval from our customer support team cannot be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Opened, used, worn, or damaged items not caused by a manufacturing fault.

Clearance or sale items (unless faulty).

How to Start a Return

If your return request is approved, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Please do not send products back without first receiving confirmation from our team, as unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless required under Australian Consumer Law, customers are responsible for the cost of returning approved items. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as Foreva Lifestyle cannot accept responsibility for parcels that are lost or damaged during return transit.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, faulty, or you have received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible at info@foreva.store with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll assess your claim promptly and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome of your return request.
If your refund is approved, the payment will be returned to your original payment method within 7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
