Delivery Timeframe
Please note that we cannot guarantee the exact date of arrival, and the delivery timeframes (excluding weekends and public holidays) are as follows:
- For customers in Victoria, approximately 7-10 working days;
- For customers in NSW, SA, ACT, and QLD, approximately 9-12 working days;
- For customers in WA, NT, and TAS, approximately 9-12 working days.
At ILLUSION CO, all orders are processed within 2 business days and shipped worldwide. Standard delivery typically takes 7 to 15 business days, with shipping rates calculated at checkout and free standard shipping available on orders over AUD 140. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email. We offer a 14 day return policy from the date you receive your item. Products must be unused, unworn, with tags and in original packaging, and returns must be approved before being sent back.
